Shipping

We ship across Canada and the United States via Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day, and you will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email.

Refunds & Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to let you know that you can return any unwanted products that are at least 50% full within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.

Items purchased as a bundle or set (e.g. The Skin Care Regimen Bundle) must be returned in full in order to be eligible for a refund. Partial refunds will not be offered. Gift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.

Shipping fees and product(s) listed as Final Sale are non-refundable.
